    Yes, myAthina collaborates with ansrsource’s custom learning design and development services and Granular Education Module experiences to give you the choice of creating customized new courses.

  • Does myAthina sell content from other course providers?

    myAthina is an aggregator platform and it has courses from numerous course providers so that employees can themselves choose their favourite courses and buy them after the organization approves it. The reimbursement will be done within myAthina itself, thus making the process simpler.

  • Is there a way to map the skill proficiency of my organization in myAthina?

    Yes, the skill proficiency of the entire organization can be mapped in myAthina. The platform has visualized reporting, showing different proficiency levels like Beginner, Intermediate and Expert.

    Whenever an employee is onboarded to myAthina, the platform offers a form where you can add the employee’s skills and learning goals, which is then vetted by their managers. This helps the platform understand the employee’s goal and get acquainted with them.
